Haunted Books are a useful item in Minecraft to enchant in-game items, so if you want to use an Haunted Book, you’ll need to craft an anvil first. You can craft an anvil with three iron blocks and four iron ingots in the following order on a crafting table.
Once created, simply place it anywhere on your base and then you can use it with enchanted books. To use the anvil with enchanted books, right click on the anvil and place the book you have on hand, such as loot or sabotage, in the first slot of the anvil.
