How to open chat window in Minecraft?
It can be achieved in different ways according to the version of the game you have and where you are playing it, on which platform. As always, in Talking about Gamers we did the homework for you and got the commands to open the chat window from any device with Minecaft, here it goes:
- For Java Edition: (PC / Mac): Press T to open the chat.
- In Pocket Edition (PE): Click the at the top of the screen.
- If you are on an Xbox One: press D-Pad (right) in the control.
- On PS4: Same, D-Pad (right) in the control.

How to use the enchant command in Minecraft
Let’s start with the basics, the command to enchant armor tools or weapons that you will use as a base is like this:
/ enchant player Enchantment ID enchantment level
This is how the command works:
rther/enchant ” It is the command to enchant , the one you want to execute in this case.
“Player” In this part you must put to whom the enchantment will be directed . You can put your username, or the following codes: “@p” To target the closest user. “@A” To enchant and affect all players in range.

< Enchantment ID ” Here is the number that indicates which enchantment you are using (We will leave you a list at the end with all enchantment IDs, depending on items). Enchantments must correspond and be valid for the objects you are applying them to.
“Enchantment level” Finally you can set the enchantment level you want to use. This part of the command is optional , if you don’t put anything on enchantment will be level 1 by default. If you place a 4 the enchantment will be therefore level 4.
* To use any enchantment you must have the object in hand when using the command.
Examples:
Step 1:
Open the chat box with the diamond sword in hand and write the following enchantment:
/ enchant DigMinecraft knockback 2
You will see what you write at the bottom left of the screen, like so:
Then you just hit the enter button. This command uses the level two knockback name charm.
When you press enter you should see the weapon glow purple.
If everything went well you will see the message “Enchanting successful” appear in the lower left corner of the game window.
We have enchanted our diamond sword with Knockback II (DigMinecraft, is the username)
Summary
/ enchant DigMinecraft < strong> knockback 2
/ enchant: Command to enchant.
DigMinecraft: Username.
Knockback: Charm to use, you can replace it with its ID which would be (19). See table at the end.
2: Enchantment level, remember this is optional.
If you used it with the ID, it would look like this:
/ enchant 19 knockback 2
